Premature sex is the thief of true love. Under Jamaican laws children under age 16 cannot consent to sex. Therefore, condoms will only be given to students who principals and guidance counselors determine are in need. Students must be taught how to restrain themselves. Schools must assist them to develop into adults who can engage in responsible sexual behaviour, at the minimum, with one faithful partner.
