STUDENT ASSESSMENT UNIT
JOB PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Administrator the incumbent is responsible for the following duties:
- Supervising and assisting in the preparation and dispatch of registration form(s) for candidates of all examinations administered by the unit.
- Assisting with the checking, logging and dispatching of registration forms sent to Service Provider.
- Checking of error resolution for all examinations administered and submitting edited list to service provider.
- Assisting in the preparation of subject envelopes for each examination.
- Assisting with the packaging of time tables, computer sheets, presiding examiners list and question booklets for all examinations administered then dispatching to Regional Offices.
- Interacting with Principals, students and Regional Offices to provide information and clarification as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 CXC/GCE including English Language and a Numeric subject.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in a related field
- Diploma in Management Studies or Business Administration would be an asset.
